What is MM2H?

Benefits and Incentives

Children's Education

Parents participating in the S-MM2H program can include their unmarried children under 21 years old as dependents.

Tax Exemption

Participants may be exempt from taxes on pensions remitted in Malaysia. To qualify for this exemption, participants must provide documentation from authorities in their home country confirming the total annual pension receive which should be included with their application for tax exemption.

House Purchase

Each participant is allowed to purchase residential houses at minimum prices of RM 600,000 each at designated areas and is exempted from Foreign Investment Committee (FIC)’s approval. (Kuching RM600,000, other cities RM500,000)
