The MM2H application is subject to changing government policies and regulations, which may change over time. Therefore, applicants must adhere to government policies at all times, including during the processing period while awaiting approval. Our agency will facilitate the submission of applications to the relevant government authorities.

It is subject to the government’s decision to request you to comply with new policies at the time of your renewal. As we are an agency, we can only abide by government rules, regulations and requirements which are subject to changes over the time. Appeals to the government are normally rejected. But as an agency we can assist to write in, based on case to case (ad hoc basis).

However, we respect clients’ final decisions but we shall not be held responsible.

MM2H applicants under the age of 60 must purchase Sarawak Medical insurance before submitting their applications, as mandated by Sarawak Immigration. Medical insurance from other countries is not acceptable.

The duration of the MM2H visa is determined by the validity of your passport.

Example: if your visa is endorsed in 2022 on a passport expiring in 2024, immigration will initially grant a visa for 2 years instead of 5 years. The remaining 3 years will be given after you renew your passport, and you will then need to apply for a visa extension. This process will complete the total duration of 5 years for the first term.

The security deposit amount serves as assurance for the Sarawak Government in case of unforeseen circumstances during S-MM2H visa holders’ long-term stay in the country. This amount is refundable upon termination of visa status. ONLY the main applicant is required to make this one-time payment upon approval, without which visa endorsement cannot be completed.

Security bonds can only be refunded after MM2H visa has been terminated.

No. Visa holders shall be responsible to remember the expiry date of their visa and to apply for extension or renewal 1 month before the visa expiry date.
