How It Works
Step 1
Properties
Research Malaysian property projects that match your preferred location, budget and property requirements.
Once you’ve shortlisted the properties you’d like to visit, submit them through our property tour form. You choose the properties. We arrange the visits.
Step 2
Tour Request
Fill in the form with your details and the property project(s) you’d like to visit.
Your first 3 property visits are complimentary. A RM100 fee applies to each additional property from the 4th property onward.
Step 3
Our team will review your selected properties and contact you via WhatsApp or phone within 1–2 business days to confirm your properties and available tour slot.
If you’ve selected more than 3 properties, we’ll also confirm the applicable additional tour fees before proceeding.
Step 4
On the day of your tour, your BMSB agent will accompany you to each selected property.
After the tour, we’ll follow up with you on your next steps, including your S-MM2H journey if you’re considering making Malaysia your second home.
